This book is the translation of the English book “Professional Practice in Child Protection and the Child’s Right to Participate” (Routledge) for Norwegian specialists working with children and students in the field of social work and child welfare. The book is published by Scandinavian University Press, funded by the EEA and Norway Grants 2014–2021 and by the Estonian Research Council (grant number PSG305, ‘Effective Participatory Discourse: Experiences of Participants’ Engagement in the Context of Child Protection Assessment Practices’).
