CIRIC attended an international workshop „Including the voices if refugees and asylum seekers in social work curriculum development“ and took part of a panel discussion “Voices from around the world. Social work with refugees, asylum seekers and migrants – global comparison. Austria, Estonia, Israel, Uganda, UK“ (May 3, 2023). CIRIC shared voices of Ukrainian war refugee children and families focused on their needs for daily functioning and well-being, based on a qualitative study conducted in Estonia in autumn 2022 (summary of the study findings will be available soon!). This seminar was part of a project from various universities: University of Applied Sciences FH JOANNEUM Graz (Austria); Northumbria University, Newcastle, (UK); School of Social Work, Sapir College (Israel) and Teesside University, Middlesbrough, (UK).
