The 9th Biennial International Symposium of the DARE Conference took place at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) from Thursday, 25 June to Friday, 26 June 2026. Prof. Toros gave a keynote presentation titled “Beyond Voice: Participation, Dignity, and Decision-Making in Child Protection.”
