The eight webinar focuses on the case management model Signs of Safety. Helen Alton from the Ministry of Social Affairs will talk about the plans for implementing the model in Estonia, and Prof. Karmen Toros from Tallinn University will present the results of an international study on the model’s effectiveness in child protection work.
